In the re-certification of high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou Jingda Electronics Co., Ltd. was recognized as the third batch of high-tech enterprises in the province in 2008 (previously, Hangzhou Jingda Electronics Co., Ltd. had been recognized as a high-tech enterprise).

According to the "Notice of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation on Issuing the "Management Measures for the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises", Zhejiang Province re-certified provincial high-tech enterprises. This certification emphasizes that the main certification subject is R&D enterprises, and enterprises have independent intellectual property rights for the core technologies of their main products or services. The national and local taxation departments also give tax incentives to these recognized enterprises.
